Note: We are a direct pay office, which means that payment is due at the time of service and we don’t work with insurance plans except for Medicare.

I am delighted to be serving families in Winona with chiropractic care. I have been in practice for 14 years now, serving folks of all ages. I have a passion for pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic care. I love helping people enjoy their life by getting to the root of their problems and improving their body’s own ability to heal. I live with my husband, Jason, in Winona. We have two young children, Claire and Ben. When I am not at the clinic I love being active outdoors with my family. We like camping, canoeing, swimming, and hiking.
